i spent most of yesterday afternoon by a pool in the marigny. a happy pot stew of men. my burn has become a tan.

begun the day shifted, 1130am, just got up (early): i'm in new orleans on vacation, after going to austin first. i've been here before, more important than food, and the people i met last time already remember me from then, and i've this recurring feeling that i've moved down here, even though i only got here thursday.

three days and already amnesia.
